By accessing or using the reveriCS platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. reveriCS, Inc. ("reveriCS," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. reveriCS provides an AI-first clinical operating system for psychedelic and related substance (PARS) therapy. The Service includes electronic health record (EHR) systems, patient companion applications, clinical intelligence tools, and real-world evidence generation capabilities. The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorized healthcare organizations.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare professional or authorized representative of a healthcare organization to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
reveriCS is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA and agree to execute a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with reveriCS as required by law.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by reveriCS, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The AI-powered features of the Service are designed to assist healthcare professionals in clinical decision-making but do not replace professional judgment. Healthcare professionals using the Service remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care. reveriCS does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVERICS, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF REVERICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless reveriCS, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
reveriCS may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms shall survive any termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and reveriCS regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The failure of reveriCS to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
